The first production line was for making PVC ceiling panel, extruder model: 55/120. Capacity: 150kg/h. As the first time to purchase from us, there was a few problems, but mainly from electric elements, customer was not very happy, so he sent complain to our company. And we did our best to solve problems for him, also supply our technician to fix machines in his factory. After all, all problems were solved, and customer was satisfied to our sales service. 

In 2012, he ordered another production line with some auxiliary machines such as crusher and lamination machine. Second line model: 55/120. The first and second production lines manufactures PVC panel 250mm.  

In 2013, the customer developed the capacity , he purchased the third one from our again, extruder of model: 65/132; capacity: 220kg/h. this model extruder is more higher than before model; the full production line can produce max. 600mm PVC ceiling panel. 

In 2014, he ordered 65/132 extruder production line again same 600mm PVC ceiling panel. 

In 2015, ordered 65/132 PVC granulating line. PVC granule is used to do injection for his products.

From 2011 to 2015, this customer ordered total 5 sets production lines from us, we also set up the good business relationship. Now his factory all are our machines, and running all.

During this period, the customer can control our machines well, also he knows how to solve the technical problem from our machines.
