Extrusion production line usually consists of main machine, auxiliary machine and control system.

①　Host. The main equipment for plastic extrusion molding is the extruder, which is the host. It mainly includes extrusion and feeding system, transmission system, heating and cooling system, and control system.

②　Extrusion and feeding system. Mainly composed of hopper, screw and barrel, it is the key part of the extruder. Its function is to plasticize the plastic into a uniform melt, and generate pressure in the process, and then extrude the die head by the screw continuously, at a constant pressure, at a constant temperature, and quantitatively.

③　Transmission system. It is mainly composed of electric motor, adjusting device and transmission device. Its function is to drive the screw and supply the torque and speed required by the screw in the working process.

④　Heating and cooling system. It is composed of temperature control equipment, and its function is to ensure that the molding of the extrusion system is carried out within the scope of the process requirements by heating and cooling the barrel.

⑤　Control system. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, instruments and actuators. Its function is to adjust and control screw speed, barrel temperature, head pressure and so on.
