PVC Pipe Production Line Is Tested running for Africa Customer

Today we tested PVC pipe extrusion line with diameter 110mm, this production line for Ghana customer. Pipe production line includes: conical twin screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibration tank, puller, cutting machine and belling machine online. Half day, this production line is tested successfully, the customer is very satisfied to our machines.

Alive running production line:

The unequal width corrugated screw designed by the pipe production line is forced to cool the reverse spiral groove feed section and equipped with a high speed low noise hard tooth surface reduction gearbox. The output is high, the material melting temperature is low, and the energy saving effect is good. Spiral split composite head: ensuring uniform melt pressure, no fluctuation in flow, compact product, smooth surface and no flow marks. Vacuum sizing and cooling system: on-board pulp sleeve, stainless steel sink. Cutting: It is possible to cut thick-walled tubes of large diameter.

Die head:

Die head is a threading die that is used in the high volume production of threaded components. 

Vacuum calibration tank:

Vacuum calibration tank is ideal for rigid profiles. The cooling chamber with inlet and drain pipes is equipped with manual shut-off valves and internal piping for even cooling. In addition, the wet sizing machine has an adjustable water level control for immersion cooling.

Haul-offs & cutting machine:

The combination of an automatic single-control double tractor with cutting and preforming technology makes operation more flexible. Allows you to control the economic benefits of double pipe extrusion separately. The extruded tube has a diameter of 16 mm to 63 mm. It takes full advantage of the extruder's extrusion capabilities. Even if you produce small diameter pipes, you can get a lot of output.
